CUSTOM UNIT POLICY

All custom wig units are made-to-order based on the specifications and measurements submitted by the client at the time of purchase.

Processing Time:
Custom units require a production timeframe of approximately 10-30 business days. This timeframe reflects the time required to construct the unit and does not include shipping time. Shipping timeframes are determined by the carrier and are separate from production time. Delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed.

Measurements & Fit:
Clients are solely responsible for providing accurate head measurements at the time of purchase. Units are constructed based on the measurements submitted. We are not responsible for improper fit resulting from inaccurate or incomplete measurements provided by the client.

Due to the custom nature of the product, variations in fit, density, color, and styling preference may occur.

Returns & Refunds:
All custom units are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once production has begun. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless received in a demonstrably defective condition.

Alterations:
If a fit adjustment is needed due to construction error, alteration services may be offered at our discretion. Requests for adjustments must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
